I recently signed up for a group in Orlando. I only had one session so far but it seemed helpful and I'm looking forward to the next. There's only 3 members right now so I encourage anyone in the Orlando area to join. I can't post a link here but if you search for "Akiho Tanaka interpersonal process group" you'll find it.

I'm hopeful about this, but also wondering if anyone has been in similar groups and what their results have been.
