I grind my teeth a ton, I don't even really notice I am doing it most of the time.

I recently started doing it. When I was a kid I didn't. Now I just start grinding and clicking my teeth all through out the day!

I apparently have a habit of grinding my teeth, but I don't always realise when I'm doing it.

While I don't grind my teeth or wear them down,
I suppose you could call what I do "clanking" ...
as in keeping time to music I'm thinking about ...
in this instance, along with playing "air keyboard" with my fingers tapping computer keys or the desk
for the melody part of the song ...

Saaaame. Also for me the right side is always higher notes and the left side is lower because that's just what *feels* right. A lot of the time I'll also be breathing rhythmically.

One stim that occurs to me that I have is rubbing my tongue against my teeth. It's probably a good one since it's not visible to anyone and it doesn't damage my teeth.
:D

I have certainly caught myself grinding my back teeth many times throughout my life. I don't really deliberately do it but I will notice that I am after a while....sort of like the stim I have when I am reading where I sort of crumple the page I am not reading(not enough to damage it, but enough if someone was watching me they'd notice) which I usually am not aware of till I've been doing it for a bit.

Almost always. I also do the music thing. I don't clench and grind at the same time so it's not a super rough grind, still enough for wear though. I only do it when I'm awake not asleep so most likely a stim.

I "clank" my teeth also. I have never grinded them, however.
