The moment you are at home on your day off you feel like you should go to work, but the moment you are at work you may feel like you should be at home. Once you are at home you may feel exhausted and either may never want to work again or you may feel like you should work some more. Once you wake up you may not feel like going to work to catch more sleep, so you hate going to work, but you have to anyway.

What's the problem here?

It's an ongoing cycle of wishing to be somewhere else! That's not life!

How do we fix this issue?

Well, you don't have to always keep your job. You can quit your job anytime you feel like it, so it doesn't really matter. You do you.

But also, remember what you were like before you got the job, willing to take anything coming up that will bite you as soon as you will face it.

If you want to fix this problem of constantly wishing to be somewhere else, then remember who you were like before you got the job. Keep that person inside you all throughout the days where you work, because you signed up for it.

In other words, stay to your commitment even when you don't feel like it. But again when you think more closely about it it may not be your thing.

This does apply to friendships and relationships too. We can forget what we were like before we meet someone, but keep in mind the first time you meet someone and try to remember all of the feelings you had for that person, because you signed up for that person too.

And like I said for the job example, you don't have to like that person or be around that person one bit.

Remember that thought that creeps up throughout the day.
