My son (3) and I are both on the spectrum, so tips on natural ways to treat ourselves are very needed. As well as resources where I can read up on basic life skills, that aren't patronizing, that I could have done with learning years ago.

Both of us have a very high need for physical activity. I'm a yoga instructor who is beginning with triathlon training, and also lift weights 3 times a week. I'm especially interested in food as medicine. We're vegan, I've done really well on a gluten-free diet, however my ex is not cooperating with keeping my son on the diet. I'm also very open-minded about everything esoteric, so happy to consider that too. Thanks for any tips!
