Hi

I would like to know if anybody else calms his or herself with an iPad (or any other device) after a meltdown or on a bridge of a meltdown?

Thank you

I don't have an iPad, but I definitely do that with my iPhone. I usually look at photos and listen to music.

I have other non-techy things too, but yes, firing up the PC and immersing myself in Wikipedia, some coding, messing with music software etc. is a really good sanctuary.

Yup! If I am on the brink of a meltdown, watching a Stampy Cat video on my iPad can really help calm me down. I also really like listening to the same song over and over- that really helps.

I almost always have my iPad. If not, then my iPhone. Just holding it is calming.
