Is table tennis suite for the Autism spectrum child ?

Can you please tell me is table tennis is best for the Autism child.

I think it depends on the kid's interests & if he/she has bad coordination or not. Different kids have different strengths & weaknesses & some kids like challenging their weaknesses & other's don't. I'm one of those who doesn't & also doesn't have bad coordination so I'm not good at table tennis or any sport really. I much rather walking or lifting weights.

I used to play a bit, when I had time. I'm borderline Aspergers.
I was not too great at the game, because I used to try to analyse what I was doing during the game instead of just letting it go and playing by instinct, which seems to work better. And my ball control was pretty bad.
But it was always fun, which is the main thing.
