To my fellow early dissociators, have you heard of attachment theory? I have a disorganized attachment style and I think there would be a good chance you do too. Knowing this has helped me understand that I'm not actually crazy. Just very broken.

Thanks for the link. This reinforces my resolve to continue with psychotherapy, so as not to pass on the same patterns to my kids
