Can I report a person or just their posts?

I want to report someone for continued hate speech but I seem to only be able to report single posts. Sorry if the answer is somewhere I'm not very good at finding information.

There's no report button for members, but you can inform the mods about the member here: viewtopic.php?t=237032

^PMs would be better for reporting members in general, i think.

If they happen to be a serial offender then you just serially report them as they offend. Other folks, independently of you, will probably also do the same. And it will add up to a rap sheet on that person.
