Hello! I found an amazing program called GNU Electric. It is a Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) design and simulation program that is used to produce integrated circuit blueprints. I was able to design a 16-bit carry-lookahead adder and then convert it from a schematic that uses logic gates into a layout of 14 nm CMOS transistors and wiring. The layout can then be exported as a GBDII file which can be used to pattern the circuit on a silicon wafer using photolithography! :D Image
