So, I've been working out more, but I've been told that's it's all completely useless if I don't eat more. The problem is that when I indulge in my obsession it blocks out everything, eating, drinking and otherwise. Also, throughout the day I eat 2 times, rather than the usual 3, and yet I don't get hungry in the interim period. Does anyone have any ideas how to force myself to eat more?

It would be a good idea to eat a balanced diet, including all the main food groups rather than just eating more donuts. Once I made healthy eating one of my special interests, but I got bored with endlessly munching on homegrown beansprouts and chugging fresh carrot juice. But I have been so deep into interests at times that I've forgotten to eat and let cups of coffee go cold next to me.
Maybe set an alarm clock to remind you when to eat... and research healthy eating.
