Ello, I'm in the process of getting evaluated for ASD.

Ello. Recently my therapist who is not familiar with ASD so much as other issues suggested I go get a full evaluation done for learning disabilities, asd, IQ etc. She seems skeptical, but I personally think it would make sense of a lot of points in my life.. especially things which may not have come up in therapy as I have enough other issues and can only afford every other week. I however due to a number of personal factors suspect I may be on the spectrum. Kinda amazing how a number of people who work as therapist I've spoken to seem to be pretty unfamiliar with ASD.
