The OP is cyberdad and most of the original post is about Melania who is irrelevent to the matter at hand.

I am not a lawyer but from what I have read paying hush money to cover up a legal activity such as a consensual affair is not a crime so while it is not criminal it probably should be impeachable.

IMHO all of the Melenia speculation is just a way to get at Trump just as IMHO the impeachment charges against Clinton were a smokescreen because people could not accept that an ex hippie anti war protester got elected twice and was having a better sex life then they could ever dream of.

If that makes whatever prenup trump and Meliana void, what's the odds she divorces him in the next couple of months?
Let's take it another step: If she still gets half of everything anyway (or some portion, at least) because he voided the ‘contract’, we’ll also end up with some kind of public reckoning of his finances!
