I don't look too much like him, actually. Maybe it's my posture?
I agree with you. Based on the pic in your avatar you do not look much like Robin Williams. A pharmacist I used to go to reminded me of Robin Williams. But you don't. So its a head scratcher to me why folks insist that you're him. (and like you said Williams wasn't George Clooney.Much as I miss him there is no dishonor in not looking like him. Lol!).
Some teenage girl looked at me from a distance and said to her friend, "There's that Mick Avory Weirdo over there." That happened 7 years ago. I'm pretty sure that I look different now than I did back than. I also think I bear somewhat of a resemblance to Susan Boyle. I also bear somewhat of a resemblance to John Banner.

I had a friend a couple years ago who insisted that I looked like the singer Meghan Trainor, but with glasses. I don't see it. Then again, I have Prosopagnosia so I wouldn't know even if I do.

I'm been told by several people throughout my life that I look like Darrin Stephens from "Bewitched." The first Darrin, actor Dick York.
I believe that. Just had someone tell me that last month, too. A couple people also told me I resembled Jake Gyllenhaal, but I think that's more of a stretch.

I dunno. Maybe Krafty does a look a little like the older Robin Williams. Though Williams has a bigger beak.

Actually I think that Krafty looks more like Albert Brooks than like Robin Williams. These folks who Krafty runs into who say that probably have gotten their stand-up comics confused.

No one springs to mind when I look at kraftie although I do think he looks like a Dr in his avatar , he's just missing a stethoscope hanging round his neck
