perhaps a couple times a day. I hardly speak to anyone in the office at work. If i do it's usually a few small/short sentences. At home, bits of conversation with partner - nothing too deliberating. It's usually him that does all the talking.

I hate speaking to people on the phone so i always avoid it if possible. I see my mum once a month or so and that will be the most i ever speak.

Ordering food in restaurants: daily, if that counts
Functional conversations about work and interests: a few times a week
Small talk: rarely

Depends where I'm and what my mood is.

Otherwise, it's out of necessity.

I can go days without talking to anyone. If not for meeting up with classmates for group projects like once or twice a week, I would probably never say a single word. Sure as hell never participate in class either. If anything, I'll mutter a "sorry" if I ever bump into people, but that's about it.

Don't even talk to anyone on social media. I'll read stuff, but that's it.

The therapist I talk with for 50 minutes once a week is the only time I ever have any sort of conversation with anyone. I really don't talk to my parents either (nor do I see I them because I usually avoid them), even though I commute to school from home.

I live with my parents but spend most of my time in my room. I don't like talking to them because they make a massive deal out of the smallest thing, like if I make a sandwich with anything more exciting than ham and cheese they'll say oh you're doing that are you? The level of attention as if I've done something really weird makes me uncomfortable so I tend to avoid them. I have a volunteering job I go to three times a week, I talk to the other volunteers a bit there but other than that... I have a friend who I Snapchat with once in a blue moon, I post on here, I tweet but there's not much back and forth so it's not really a conversation... that's it really.

I probably would be better at socialising if I spoke to people more often but I don't have any friends that live round here so that's not really an option for me.

I talk to myself, does that count?
