I have a number of close relatives that live in Edmonton and I was literally months away from permanently moving there myself. Definitely my kind of city outside of the brutally cold winters!

They get the Chinook sometimes, though, where it might rise to almost 10 Celsius, and melt the snow.

I liked Edmonton when I visited there in 1991. :)
