Hi, I'm currently in college working on a degree within broadcasting and I'm pursuing radio hopefully to make it within satellite radio as the prime goal. I do well in my work when done independently and make my own ideas when given the chance.

I often feel a sense of both mixture of stubbornness and formidability when it comes to working within groups. I understand that people can get sick, have appointments, do work outside campus or have a commute but somehow I feel that because I'm focused on deadlines and staying on point within the project as a group.

Unfortunately in most cases, I cannot switch teams in general because many are assigned and you have to try to get through the work without feeling angry when someone is late, don't give a prior reminder or any other circumstance that can be detrimental to the project.

Has anyone else experienced the same predicament?
