Anyone else ever scared of the THX logo?

Back when my family had VHS, Nearly every single Disney title at the time had the THX “Deep Note” at the start of the movie. Dunno why, just really scared me at the time, and had recurring nightmares about it until a couple years ago. Was anyone else traumatized by it?
