^^^OhkaBaka- it is far easier just to ignore you-know-who's ilk and the high horse they rode in on. from one NW Baka to another
replace all their bathtowels with pink fringy ones

That's a felony right there, the FAA would love that one and I would happily take ownership of that airplane once I sue the pilot and tap into the liability insurance associated with that airplane. I am sure my neighbors in the marina would also file suite and force them into bankruptcy

Still a felony... The threat of such violence when using a airplane to dump biochemicals on my dwelling falls under terroristic threat laws. So the threat is a felony, just a different felony from actually committing the crime.

are you sure ? they said they wanted it to happen. They never said they would do the crime they asked if someone would do it , possibly solicitation at best ? I'm guessing abetment isn't prosecutable unless the crime is done
