For some reason my memory seem be be severely impaired, I have difficulties remembering what I did and learned yesterday. What I did last month, only one memory of that. I did go through a traumatic experience which left me with PTSD for 7 months (probably still have it) and months passed after that, now I feel like my brain is "damaged" (which it probably is). I can't speak properly anymore, I can't remember much of what is happening, I'm more emotionally numb since that experience etc etc.

What should I do? Sort of difficult attending university and wondering what the f**k I just went through. Is it permanent? I'm currently a 20 year old student.

Good questions for your doctor. I hope you get answers.

I also erased some bad memories and after that my memory worsened. I also could memorize long passages of text and now I can't.
