After Uni, I always need a short nap. And whenever I'm not walking or doing anything active, I feel drowsy. And I often feel dizzy as if the surface I'm standing on is slipping away from me. And peripheral visual fragments tend to seem moving. Sometimes the visual image gets larger or smaller. It wasn't always like this. When I wasn't so tired all the time it felt normal.
When I practiced morning jogging, I felt refreshed but after I got home, my body craved sleep. I feel tired and my ears hurt without any reason.
It's been a long day and I was out in the city. It's very quiet and tranquil now and only the fridge is quietly humming, but the ears hurt.
I take painkillers quite often. This week I need a pill every day.
At Uni, everyone seems fine but I have migraines daily and can't waist time cuz it's like I'm a flat battery. Others have time to party but I barely manage studying.

I hope you've seen a physician for this, especially if you're talking painkiller regularly. There is a good chance you have issues with low blood pressure and should get that checked out ASAP.

I've had low blood pressure since I was a kid. But it felt OK most of the time.

I'm tired, too. Tired of the human race.

I find that I get so tired that I need 12 hours of sleep a night.

Have you spoken to an occupational therapist? We had one over yesterday for my daughter and she has a whole sensory profile in particular in the areas of movement, deep pressure which I had not been taking into account. It was really enlightening. In particular what was enlightening was how easily one can get over and under stimulated by movement. Perhaps something like a rebounder might be good to get a quick boost of energy. Otherwise, have you tried meditation oasis, they have some nice calming podcasts which can give me a bit of energy.

Saying that, I get very tired. Black out tired. And migraines with aura so totally sympathise with that, sometimes a bit of extra sleep is the only thing that helps.

I find floradix which is a liquid iron juice really picks me up a lot when all else fails.

A rebounder sounds like a good idea. I've just purchased iron supplements, but not floradix. I sleep ≈ 8 hours.
Thank you all for your help.

Iron supplements are good. Remember chocolate / tea / coffee inhibits iron absorption so if you eat / drink lots of that make sure you don't do it at the same time as eating iron rich foods / taking your tablets.

I read somewhere, I think it was Baron-Cohen and know he has mixed reviews, that new research shows the female autistic brain uses the prefrontal cortex (normally used for reasoning and planning and a high burner in energy) when socialising and that is a reason for extreme exhaustion after social interaction. Personally I can feel like someone has hit me in the head with a brick after social interaction (in particular if it is poor quality social interaction like chit chatting).

Glad you are taking good care of yourself and giving yourself time to recharge.
