Well, husband is making a new dish tonight. I picked it out. It’s a Brazilian salmon stew with veggies, some I tolerate, most I do not. I like salmon, if there’s no fat in it. And the dish has rice which I love. I’m super nervous!! I tried fried eggs last week and did not like them. Textures are super hard for me, they make me gag, but so do new foods. Do you ever get apprehensive about eating something new?
