Are stimulate medications such as adderall or ritalin ever prescribed to induivalials with aspd I know that like adhd people with aspd have chronic under arousal which in adhd patients is often treated with stimulate medication so can they help treat the violent and impulsive behavior of those with antisocial personality disorder

(clicky)no standard meds for ASPD, though many other meds used off-label to dull symptoms, but prison seems to be the best treatment, IOW no treatment works well

There was a famous murdercase when a sex predator was released with prescribed viagra.
Psychs, how do some people get their position?
(one of the cases JP never makes, the shadowside of psychiatry)(and a positional attractive place for abusers, which makes the whole field abuserprone and there's much blindeyeing around it)
