I don't consume dark chocolate a whole lot - especially lately with my efforts of reducing my sugar consumption to a reasonable level - but I do like it.

I love chocolate in general but dark chocolate makes me feel good and I like the distinct bitterness that comes with it. It's also great for my tummy. Milk chocolate has such a high level of sugar but I'll alway love a snickers bar.

Yes, but not close to bedtime. I shop for Fair Trade first, at a minimum, because I would not enjoy slavery at all. Then, depending on the brand, 80 to 85% cocoa is what I like, because it tastes good enough, but does not start sugar cravings.

I like both dark chocolate and milk chocolate.

Not a lot, but I do like it. I've never particularly liked milk chocolate...but dark chocolate that has a really good flavor. What I would really like though is a dark red wine infused with dark chocolate. I've had a chocolate wine before but it was red wine with milk chocolate....if I ever found wine with dark chocolate I'd buy that instantly.

Oooooh :P

Love dark. Never cared much for "milk" chocolate. At least I wouldn't buy milk chocolate but might tolerate a little if offered by someone else. FWIW, I eat what I like nowdays as I have a terminal condition. (Yes that means no sour or bitter foods like veggies!)

I love it. However, I cannot eat it due to a duodenal ulcer. :'(

I don't like dark chocolate very much although I once tried eating a little every day because I heard it can be good for you. I like it better when it's in small pieces in a dessert, like chocolate chip cookies.

Yes I get it, dark bitter chocolate is mature and sophisticated. Just like dark coffee. Why are so many bitter foods seen as sophisticated? Why am I low-class for preferring the sweeter and milder versions? I heard adults don't taste the bitterness as much as kids but I seem to be the exception. But it's not because of immaturity, it's more because of physical reasons, so let me eat my milk chocolate and drink my sweetened vanilla coffee in peace...while I watch Disney cartoons and cuddle my stuffed animals.

Yes, I love it, it tastes great and on top of that it's a 'naturally occurring' nootropic.

I have found that dark chocolate is far more rich not less. If there is bitterness you are eating it wrong.

I eat high cocoa content dark chocolate. Usually between 85-100%. I also drink cocoa(non dutched) several times a day.

Love it but I try not to keep it around home because of my dog. Dark chocolate is very toxic for dogs.

There's a way to eat dark chocolate that makes it easier to get used to the different taste to milk chocolate. If you put it in your mouth and leave it on your tongue without chewing at all, just let it melt gradually, it will taste better.
