Food for Cats

Do anyone give people food to cats? I never know what to give & what is ok for them? I know chocolate is bad for dogs & those Christmas plants are really bad for cats. Is chocolate bad for cats too?

I think my girlfriend told me chocolate is bad for cats. I know it's bad for dogs too. My girlfriend used to give her cats things like turkey, ham, & chicken that we eat & tuna when she had it. I would only feed a cat things like that in moderation.
