Both OpenBSD and FreeBSD are clearly intended for people who don't need much support outside of the mailing list and the internet. However, there is the possibility of hiring an outside individual or company with expertise in either to help you with it.
I'm a Windows user who sometimes dabbles with Linux Distros. But I'm more of a GUI pleb than a command line junkie, but I give credit to those who can put up with command lines.
