Hey guys, I know that Aspergers and Autism are somewhat related to one another but I'm curious. Are there supposed to be any differences between those 2 disorders?

AS is a form of high functioning autism. Or something like that.

People with AS can function more in society and usually have normal to high IQs. Some of the similarities between Autism and AS is the lack of proper communication or understanding of other people and the fact that both disabilities boost one's reticular activating system, creating a boosted prioritization, or focus, on different things, especially about things that one really enjoys, like music, history, computers, or trains. But like I said, it is much more difficult for those with Autism to function in society than it is for people with AS. Now there is definitely more to say about the similarities and differences about the two disorders, but I think I will just cover the basics.
