I use the shampoo/soap in the bathroom at the YMCA, a toothbrush (in a plastic toothrush container) and Colgate toothpaste... lol. And sometimes floss and sometimes Listerine. Sometimes I use better quality shampoos and conditioner, if we have any. That's all I use. I'm boring.

I absolutely LOVE buying new hygenic products. I don't know why, but I just really love picking out new shampoos and deodorants and such. Here are some pics of my current gear:

Scented soap, either dial or irish spring. I haven't decided what brand of shampoo I like, I am using 98 cent shampoo now and there is a reason it is that cheap, I'll probably pick up some of the 10$ a bottle stuff when this runs out, the more expensive stuff works better with less used anyway.. I am using the crest herbal expressions toothpaste, I like the spearmint, it is some of the best tasting toothpaste I have had. I use listerene citrus flavor, regular waxed dental floss (dental floss doesn't need to have flavor). Speedstick deodorant regular with the green lid. Plain foam shaving cream, and stetson aftershave which smells like dr. pepper to me.

Todd, I think it's so cute that you posted pictures of all of your gear! That is awesome.

I have some handmade soap that is pretty nice. Some of my favorites are Chocolate-Covered Strawberry and Cotton Candy. But, the person who I bought them from is someone who I will never buy from again, so I'm probably going to learn how to make my own homemade soap soon.

Shampoo and conditioner (usually Suave or whatever I have coupons for), toothbrush and toothpaste ( a French brand my Grandma bought me), deoderant, body wash ( again, usually Suave or similar), lotion( Suave again, but I have lots of others that people have gotten me for birthdays/holidays), feminine care products, shavers (store brand, usually), Equate facial cleansing cloths.... I think that's about all I use regularly. I have an assortment of masques and other stuff that is clogging up my bathroom that I only use irregularly at best. I like the stuff that smells like cucumber/watermelon--- it's soothing to me.

Goodness Todd, your sink is so clean!, is it new and you can't wait to try it out?

I just watched that Mozart and the Whale film and when I saw the fellas appartment and the way he flipped when she cleaned it for him, that was the confirmation I needed that I do indeed have AS.

And whats with the Brut?

On learning that the stuff is still made, I actually bought some myself by way of nostaligia for the heady days of a 1970 school disco when you where young and imagined that the life ahead of you was going to be good.

It earns me a lot of micky taking at work where they allready say, "your not normal", its even worst now they see me using Brut, and double even worst when I was pouring some on my face and it looked to one of the fellas like I was drinking it so I wiped my lips and imformed him it made your breath smell nice.

Is there anything you're not interested in? (I’m starting to believe the conspiracy theory… 8O )

Hmm, lemme think... Basic toiletries mostly. In the shower, whatever shampoo the wife is using, and whatever deodorant soap she's picked up for me; washcloth and hot water for givin' the face a good scrub in the shower. Underarm deoderant and body deodorant or aftershave (Col. Conk Bay Rum) so I don't smell too much like a human (no anti-perspirant; too much aluminum, and they just don't work for me anyway). Glide Deep-Clean floss, some paste that has fluoride in it, some deep clean brush, and generic Listerine for the pearlies (twice a day, all of it always). A carbon-steel straight razor, strop, badger hair brush, and Col. Conk Bay Rum shave soap to scrape the hair off my cheeks each evening, and a styptic pencil for when I really muck up with the razor (which doesn't happen very often). A boars hair brush for the beard and sideburns; hairbrush for the hair; maybe a dollop of scent-free sport gel if I've got a close cut (which I currently don't). Oh, and nail clippers, used approximately once per week, and q-tips in the ear approximately twice a week.

Good fortune,

- Icarus the Ritualistic

I use bodywash whenever I take a shower. I hate using regular soap on my body because it dries my skin out.

I like to use dish washing liquid to wash my hands.
