Yes, this invention wouldn't help me personally and I'm more in need of something that will drown out unwanted noise and cool me down but I can see it will help lots of other people. Unfortunately, with journalism, the "Gee Whiz" factor is paramount and the truth isn't necessarily allowed to get in the way. Still, it really aggravates me to see autism described as a disease.

your right, this type of invention would not help you... i spoke to a friend who has a friend who is using this type of therapy system and they say "the fabric holds any heat you throw at it" hmmm... my kind of invention... im always freezing too hahaha!

hmm... for you... noise canceling headphones, and one of those emergency cooling vests they have in hospitals that has like ice gel in it or something hahaha!

these news writers suck, they always go for a higher "gee wiz" factor

I voted yes.. I wish something like that was around when I was a child, I still have problems with coordinating my body.

They have adult sizes and it is still possible to do a "Rewire" sometimes. though the "rewire" is really easier when you are a child and the brain is much more dynamic.

dont even ask about coordination with me, thats a big loss with these diseases.

Here it is!

I wear it to sleep very often (cant right now due to surgical incisions healing) i sleep like a rock lol... warm tight and it smells good...

ii will wear it a lot in the winter since it is very warm so it and a hoodie i could avoid thick coats.

the compression DOES impact muscle movement, i can see how TheraTogs have the ability to deliver targeted compression to certain muscle groups thus adjusting their tone. therefore just more proof.

Great news. Major Health Insurer for Illinois Blue Cross Blue Shield now accepts claims for the TheraTogs for Cerebral Palsy and other Neuromuscular disorders.

They are considering it for autism at this time but have yet to approve or decline.
