I have a stuffie called Polly. I have had her since I was 4. When I was young I liked long skinny batons and twirly things so I could stim. Polly was a little girl doll and she had long legs. I used to go everywhere with her and now I keep her in my memory drawer.

Edna, that's great that you did something that made you anxious, and you got through it. Facing anxiety or fear on purpose isn't fun but it can be so worth it. I find it empowering to do stuff and show myself that my anxiety doesn't have to win.
