My condolences nurseangela. I hate the rain too. It's no good for mobile phones (cell phones)!

ImAnAspie: No, it's fine. It was at the old house anyway; several years ago.

I saw a falcon a few minutes ago. I didn't have binoculars, but I'm pretty sure it was a Peregrine.

I'm sorry to hear you're not well.

This is what I did to my leg when I fell into my fire. 3rd degree burns! My leg was in the flames for about 30 seconds!:

Will it scar? I got third degree burns through scalding as a kid and I'm still scarred 23 years on.

Yes, it will but I'm not a vain creature. I'm not worried about scars. It's the pain i can't stand.

When you've got an uglier head than mine, scars are the least of the worries you've got!

Where does Trump get his energy? I wish I could be more like him. I'm depressed. Life is sucking right now. Started that way ever since I stopped drinking. I'm surrounded by drunks. Even at the knitting meeting, they are drinking. I have to just stay in by myself to stay away from it all. Even Eharmony is trying to get me to change my alcohol settings. It's making it very hard for me not to go back to it. I can't stop thinking about all the depressing things that I wouldn't think about when I drank. Now I've substituted it with shopping and I don't even go anywhere to wear my new clothes. I looked up my symptoms and they call it a "dry drunk" even though psychology doesn't acknowledge it. Its when a person has successfully stopped drinking, but has not addressed the reasons they used to drink. Whatever. I don't know what to do. I need to think about this for awhile.
