Interesting. I think I may try it to see what happens.

I read another study that said 100% of autistics have hypercoagulation, a blood circulation problem. One study treated autism with pentoxyfilline which improves blood circulation and some even recovered enough (as long as they stayed on the drug) to have their diagnosis removed. Warmer blood circulates faster so that may be why fever helps. One study found over 75% with autism test positive for chronic infections and fever helps fight infections so that may be another reason.
