I think I could. I quite like candlelight, and I just had to go without electronic devices while I was in the hospital for a few days. It was boring, especially before my parents brought me some books, but doable.

Raw carrots are fine, and cooked carrots are good too, but only in circles or cubes, not in sticks.

I'm indifferent about raw carrots, and dislike ones that are cooked to the point that they get mushy and/or sweet-tasting.

Pretty much any kind of brassicas. If I attend a traditional UK Xmas dinner, I'm always the one that gets to eat everyone else's brussel sprouts!
