I’m Reptile, currently 23 years old and living in Germany. I was diagnosed with AS at the age of 21.
My existence is pretty isolated for the most part and I don’t have friends I can relate to except for one person who is a good friend, lives far away and is the complete opposite of me.
The apartment I live in turned into something like a bastion for me. Although I live in a big city I am somewhat of a hermit and I didn’t even bother being alone two years ago but then all of the sudden wanted to socialise again and have friends to share my interests and world with.

There are tons of things that fascinate me. My oldest fascinations are history and herpetology.
Other interests would be: Psychology, biology, medical science, politics, literature, manga/anime, gaming and music (especially metal)

Activity wise I write novels and RPGs, play videogames, go hiking and love to philosophise. I still draw sometimes even though I don’t do that regularly anymore.

I’d be glad if I’d find some friends here whom I can relate to and who might be able to relate to me. Well, that’s sort of a challenge I suppose.

Taking the JLPT N3 exam in December and looking for a job (part time to avoid burnout) that isn't as social outside of my coworkers. In real life I don't relate to anyone. I know one person who is at least Allistic, and I relate with him more than the other NTs, but that's it.

hey! im Sean, im 19 years old (so just about old enough to fit here haha) i LOVE video games, im basically all about them and im pretty much only interested in them, despite how hard my parents have tried to get me interested in other things too haha. im a complete chatterbox, non-stop talking and talking and talking, so if you were to add me on steam or something id expect walls of text haha, in real life, im very quiet, i dont really talk at all (except to my family, who i talk alot to haha, imagine my walls of text, but in real life haha) i WAS supposed to be in uni, but i uhhh....never made it past the first night, too much change all at once and I meltdowned so now im at home....yeah......not good. but im going again next september but to a more local uni.


I live in North Yorkshire in England, so yeah, Brit here. not that proud of it though.

At the time of this writing, I am male, 25 and I come from Eastern Europe and speak 3 languages (okay, more like 2, but I understand 3).
Yes, it appears that I am also having Aspergers in a moderate form, and I often
find life to be extra difficult in part because of the limited social skillset.

Speaking of social skillset, I have learned to read body language fairly well, but I am yet to master
other social skills. Small talk is always an issue for me.
Incomplete set of social skills means I do not get along well with neurotypicals, and I have to admit that to reach
any kind of success in life, this has to change.

I always have a lot going on my mind, but I am never sure how to get things done. I have studied Architecture and
Programming, but again, one needs good social skillset to thrive in both of these career paths
In my free time I like watching a lot of Youtube videos and I sometimes also fly my racing quadcopter.

I have a feeling that I was simply born in a wrong century. I would do much better in hunter gatherer lifestyle

I'm a card-carrying aspie with depression, anxiety, no friends and no real family to speak of and there's a strong possibility that I might have Borderline Personality Disorder. Also, I'm currently homeless. I know, I'd be envious too.

My main interests include psychology, literature, astrology, gaming and anime. I have a morbid sense of humor, I'm simultaneously too mean AND too nice, I adore animals (cats are my weakness), I hardly ever tell jokes or laugh yet I still have a tendency to laugh at my own jokes, I'm partial to pastel colors, I'm practicing mindfullness, I'm shy but I still talk too much, I'm an incorrigible perfectionist (I've already edited this post more than thrice lord help me), I like debating and arguing with myself, I obsess over EVERYTHING, my username is a song that's stuck in my head right now, I'm a huge weirdo, I am the embodiment of TMI (assuming you haven't noticed already), I complain too much and I sometimes have trouble believing I'm really in my mid-20s and not my early-60s (or that I'm an overgrown 6 y/o).

27-year-old Minnesotan, more solitary than not (like most here I'd assume :p). I still try to be friendly and sociable when I can, although most of the people I knew growing up have since drifted or moved overseas. Late 20's-30's are a hard time to make new friends which I was never that good at to begin with.

As for hobbies, I like writing, reading, animals and animal behavior, astronomy, and PC gaming. Currently reading Stephen King's Full Dark, No Stars.

Hi all, my name is Jesse. I joined this community a few years ago but my interaction has thus far been intermittent and scant, in large part due to my previous self conscious anxieties; however i've made noteworthy progress in that regard and inspite of my lingering self conscious tendencies, (a common struggle, I know.) want to engage more so with others on the spectrum or just in general.

I would say my interests are varied but a few I can narrow down perhaps... might be Theology, philosophy, history, humanities, a little bit of writing, sociology and psychology.

I used to be way into gaming, though that has waned in the recent years dramatically, though I still retain a casual interest perhaps, just not like I once was.

I enjoy analyzing people, ideas, cultures, I would say I could be a bit too philosophical and broody.... perhaps.
