Hello, everyone. I'm Brian, and I'm currently in college in California. I like paleontology, Mass Effect, and Frank Zappa.

Hi, I'm Kael! I'm 24 years old (will be 25 soon), live in Southern California and just recently graduated from college in December with a BA in English Studies and a minor in Creative Writing. I plan to get into the editing and publishing industry in the future as an editor and would like to publish a book (or more) of poetry and nonfiction someday. I joined this community over a year ago and haven't been very active due to school, but am planning on becoming more active now. I think this is a great way to connect with other folks like myself (I have high functioning autism with traits of AS), and am proud to be a part of this wonderful community!

Hi everyone, I am 26, and from Essex in the UK.

I love music, and attended the British academy of new music when I was in my late teens on a music production course. I never managed to follow that as a career though, I would love to someday though. I ended up becoming a carer in nursing homes for some time.
That was not very nice work though, and I do not wish to to that anymore.

I am new to this forum- I am very sure I do have aspergers, although have not been officially diagnosed. Just many of my traits seem to be that way for sure.

I split with my Fiance just before Christmas, so am looking to make friends really. We was together for 6 years, and she was my best friend as well as my partner so I feel a bit lost right now.

I live with my Mum and Grandad at the moment. I don't actually see that as an issue though myself like some people do. I get on well with my family, and living alone is a lot of money!

If anyone would like to talk, feel free to message me or reply here. It would be nice to make some new friends who understand what its like to be a bit different.

My name's Will and I'm a 21 year old male living in the UK.
My hobbies include playing watching movies, reading and playing video games (if video games are your thing and we get along well we could exchange steam details and play a couple of games together).

I was diagnosed with Asperger's when I was 17 but have adjusted well enough to conceal it. No one I work with or socialise with knows about the condition. I work full time as an REW (think support worker) in a specialist residential college for those with ASC, co-morbid conditions and learning difficulties. The service users where I work consist of both higher and lower functioning indivduals who at times can present behaviours that challenge.

I am 23 years old, I was diagnosed with PDD-NOS ever since I was born. I live in USA, Texas. I like playing video games, favorite is Fire Emblem (all hail Lord Hector!), I like music and I also like scientific subjects, (anyone of them but, my favorite is psychology.)

I would like to make friends as I have very few friends in real life. It would be nice to talk to others with autism and learn about how your experience with having autism was like!

It took me awhile making this post becuase I was checking grammer... English was not my favorite subject. (Funny if some spots are still incorrect, Ha.)

Hello, I am a 25 year old (in a few days) female. I'm looking for someone to get to know on a deeper level rather than just the shallow interactions of the real world. I love to chat about meaningful topics that are interesting. I can generally talk about anything and everything as long as the conversations are intelligent and interesting. I love humor too, and I enjoy laughing every day.

A few words to describe me -- highly intelligent, cute, funny, confident, interesting, open minded, and unique (been told that one by a friend in a good way).

Now that you know a few things that describe me, I would like if the person is similar to me in those aspects as well. Of course, no one is perfect, but I know that the concept "opposites attract" is a myth; it's the similarities in people that foster longer lasting bonds.

The reason why I'm interested in getting to know you more is because I have an interest in hearing about people's stories. I believe everyone has their own unique stories and experiences that they go through in their lifetime, and I'd like to hear about it and find a common ground. I'm non-judgemental and quite open minded to most things due to my upbringing myself. I'm not one to judge others quickly, but it doesn't mean I'm not opinionated myself. I'm a critical thinker and can hold my own in a conversation.
