I just can't do it! I need my alone time, away from kids, wife, work, etc. I told the psychologist I need my down time late at night to "obsess"; she didn't exactly follow.

I'd prefer it if I could stay awake at night and sleep during the day, but my mother objects to me doing that.

I read that stuff just fine. you should see what my stuff looks like before spell check. You would look at it and think you should call the code busters. Nope I read that stuff just fine. :D

Pleased to hear it, now send me their address, mine still sucks.

I have trouble wanting to go to bed. It will be 2:00 in the morning and I still won't be tired. And when I do try to go to sleep, I have trouble falling asleep.

Brain race? I do, but it's a bit better now.

I sleep from 4 or 5 AM to 12 or 1 PM every day. Luckily I register for my classes early enough each semester to accomodate for it. I often have trouble just falling asleep, unless I'm REALLY tired, and I used to skip sleep some nights.

I don't go to sleep at night as a rule. Partly because sunlight happens to be a migrainic trigger, making it worse than useless.

Otherwise, I tend to pass out after about thirty-six hours, sleep for at least two, and start over.

And, yeah: if I make any attempt to sleep before I'm entirely exhausted, I end up thinking about various things and wanting to go do something about them.

I can hardly stand going to bed; In fact, it's pretty late right now. By pretty late, I mean 4:30 AM.

I know what you mean. By the end of the day most days I feel like a spring with too much tension...I think if I didn't have that time to unwind from the day I'd break from all the stress. Sleep? Isn't going to happen...until I can wind down for a couple of hours anyways.
