IP number question

Hey guys

Ive got a questions about IP numbers, I know very little about this stuff so thought somebody here might be able to help.

My question: On forums, who all can see my IP number? The reason I ask is I realise the number doesnt change, so if I were to make up a new account on a forum I already am a memer of, could somebody compare the two numbers and suss out who I am? Dont worry Im not up to anything malicious! And It's not an AS forum...

when they do see an ip address it don't lead them to your house it will just tell them the isp you use (aol, juno, roadrunner, earthlink to name a few) the browser your using (opera, ie, mozilla firefox and city and country (sometimes)

If that forum insists that you only have one account, as does WP, they'll likely ban you for opening another account.

It's usually quite easy to spot a person using two accounts, even without IP numbers (static or dynamic).

the admin might allow you to just change you account if you ask nicely
