Hey.

I was just told about a person that I know, that Rhodiola rosea is good herbal for a better mood.

Do anybody take these things? I think I might try it.

I have tried it and i like it.
It is also an ingredient in alot of diferent focus/mood supplements I have taken.
Another really good one is l-theanine, which is a naturally occurring amino acid found in green tea..but available in concentrated supplement form and um.....oten supplements containing that will also have rhodiola in them....let me try and find the names of some of these supplements for you....
I really liked this supplement....which contains theanine and rhodiola....

I have actinic dermatitis so I can't take St. John's Wort and want to try rhodiola rosea, also because my depressive mood comes more from dopamine instead from serotonine.
(I've tryed SSRIs in the past)
