Pros and Cons of the situation I am in

Pros:
Roomy is VERY understanding. He's told me that if I think his g/f visits too much, I should tell him. He considers himself to be socially awkward and I picked up on one of his behaviors he described to me as "stimming."

Cons:
Same area, across the street: My ex's brother's g/f. Now I know this shouldn't be such a big deal, but it *does* put me on edge.
