Are there any long term or permanent effects of Adderall or Vyvance?

there aren't many long term studies but I'm guessing the long-term effects of adderall would be similar to other stimulants (stimulants include meth, caffeine, other amphetamines, etc). Short term effects include tightening of blood vessels, increase heart beat, etc, but even coffee will do that to you.

I lost weight and became more susceptable to meltdowns....I went kinda crazy....though because on some level it did decrease a certain level of anxiety, my blood pressure actually went down.

Once I stopped taking adderall, I gained back all the weight and then some....I was my executive dysfunctonal self again...but more in control of my defenses.

If you are one who likes to obsess on things, it will increase the intensity with which you hyperfocus on said things.

My body felt like it was under alot more physical stress...i would get really intense back aches..from being hunched over ym sock creatures for hours...
