I've seen this listed before but because I haven't come across a video of it, I'm unsure if this is what I do or not.

I don't flap like typical "flapping" videos show. Instead I twist my wrist left and right, sometimes slightly but usually a lot. My hands are out and my fingers are usually all extended. Sometimes instead of doing that I wiggle my middle finger up and down really fast. Thats usually when I'm feeling like twisting my whole hand but instead I temper it, like in public.

Does anyone else do this?

Anyone know of any videos showing examples of different types of stims involving the hands other than the typical flapping? I guess thats one area I always felt different even from other people with Asperger's, since I don't usually hear of others doing this.

I do something similar whenever I'm uncomfortable, which is quite often. I'm fidgety. :)

I do it, especially when I'm talking to someone I don't know personally, like a professional. It's actually more common amongst people with Asperger's than hand flapping (it doesn't look as "odd").

It's kinda easy to picture: just twist your arm when it's extended or crooked, i.e., your palm faces down, and when you twist it it faces up, and then back down again; repeat. I don't move my fingers.

I curl my left hand up and hold it against my side or chest, which is a motor mannerism; I've seen a couple of people with Autism do it.

Yes. Thats exactly what it looks like. Sometimes its all the way, palm up/palm down, sometimes its fluttering side to side but not completely turning over to palm. Is this what they consider "hand twisting"? I assumed so, but without video to compare I wasn't sure.

Yeah, that's it. I also move my wrist in a circular motion too (I forgot to add this).

I just find myself doing it around people; I can stop it once I've recognized that I'm doing it.

I do pretty much all of the finger/hand movements.
