I've been going to a group for 1 1/2 years and can see that every meeting always ends up the same---> whatever is talked about takes too long to get to the point. It is highly frustrating and has me seriously considering starting up a
GRASP group and leading it. I was told I'd make an excellent leader, but the thought of me leading a group terrifies me.
The group I'm in is more like a group therapy session than an aspie club. The leader is a NT psychologist and I think mostly everyone who regularly comes to the meetings are her clients. No one wants to talk with anyone else other than this
counselor.
