Romance and dating are so nauseating
I have never had a chance to date a guy and I have three girlfriends who have boyfriends right now. I am very happy for them but I notice that there is less time to do some girly time. First, on of them invited me to go bowling with she and her boyfriend tomorrow. However, I suggested to her that there is a bowling alley at a mall and we could meet there so I could get some good deals and still see her. However, she wasn't interested and I felt like it was cold. Not only that, I don't hear from my friends as much as I used too because they are occupied with them. I also saw this girl at the beginning of the month and we were having a good time, but it got cut shoty because he was calling her on the phone and she took off on me. Not that I was staying around any longer anyway but I still felt left out.
It's called "Pairing Off" and it is normal among NTs
Once two people get all snuggly-wuggly with each other, they tend to lose interest in the outside world.
Of course, your friend may have been trying to use you to test her boyfriend. If he paid attention to you, then she could "guilt-trip" him with jealousy. If he did not pay attention to you, then she could "guilt-trip" him for being rude to her friend (you). If he suggested a threesome, then she could dump him for being a perv.
... and so goes the NT world. ![]()

This can be true, especially in the early stages of a relationship. How long have these three friends of yours had these boyfriends? During the honeymoon phase couples do tend to ignore everyone else but once they settle down a bit you should see more of them later.
... and so goes the NT world.
What the f**k? Posts like this are why LPP thinks I leap to the defence of every woman. What the hell has this girl done to deserve these suggestions? Is it cause she's an NT?
Considering how many people on here b***h about the prejudice we get from NTs, there's sure as hell a lot of anti-NT sentiment.

So why is it hypocritical to not like NTs?
I don't get your logic for using hypocrisy, JohnHopkins

Fine, then it's contradictory. It's not right to act all righteous and hurt about NTs hating us simply for being disabled if we hate them simply for being NTs. It makes you as prejudiced as they are. (They only being the NTs who do this, because it's by no means all or even the majority.)
I haven't heard of this. If anything, when my friends got into relationships they stopped talking to me about girls.
JH you've been here for so long, surely you must know Fnord and his sarcastic ways by now
and BTW criticising NTs does not have to equal hating them.

In fairness, they invited you to join them bowling and might have already had a place in mind; you shouldn't have expected her to change plans just to suit you.

I wasn't talking about just Fnord anyway.
But criticising them as a whole group is flat-out prejudice.

yes, it is. Why does it bother you?
