My doctor recommended jumping on a trampoline to reduce the anxiety and sensory symptoms of AS. I've been doing the urban rebounding tapes and some of my own routines for over a year now. I find they relax me, help me stay fit, and have greatly improved my coordination. I also like swinging on swings and have an industrial-grade swingset in my yard. I go out there almost every day and swing and listen to my ipod.
