That really croaks and sucks lemons. This coach's team won fair and square. Why should he apologize? Maybe the coach of the team that lost should apologize for not training his girls better.

that is so stupid. they're saying those girls should be ashamed of playing to the best of their abilities and not letting up even though they were far ahead. that actually makes me a bit angry, the coach did his/her job so well that they won by 100 points and then gets fired for it. christian or not, that's a stupid decision, playing fair doesn't mean you should go easy on an opponent that can't match you.

I know from living in the area that Dallas Academy is a special ed school.

I don't think this would have been an issue if that wasn't the case.

He wasn't fired for winning that game. He was fired for criticizing the apology after it was made on the internet. Criticizing your boss' actions sometimes get you fired.

The ones who fired that coach....

FAIL

The coach does not have a damn reason to say sorry, seriously o.O
thats just so lame to fire him. Well they obviously dont deserve to have such a good coach if they are willing to fire him like that

As ridiculous as that is, I think I can top that...did you know that in some high schools in the midwest, when a soccer team goes up two goals, the leading team has to give up a player, *just to let the other team try and catch up*?!

It's pathetic...KIDS AREN'T ALLOWED TO WIN *ANYTHING!* WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY!

Considering the opponent was really hapless, maybe what that school did was really demoralising to the opponents, and this should be stopped!
