I'm very very sure that there is something wrong with me
Somethimes my heart and i can't move or it hurts untill i breath in alot of air in once (really alot i managed to do it by some reason) but that only happend once the other times it only hurts a little bit but not so much, somethimes my arm starts to hurt too by some reason and i'm also very sure my brains are completely right, deffinetly after what happend in the weekend (that i suddenly whas alot smarter for like 2 days) the heart thing, i got it about my whole life thats why i don't go to the docter, i'm pretty sure that some one who can help me forth? (and i already quited everything of gluten and milk and all those crap things for months now) can some one please tell me if they know something about these symptoms?
I don't know.
But keep talking. Maybe something will click.
There's a lot of knowledgeable people around here.
How old are you?
What is your earliest memory of these symptoms that you can put a date on with certainty? (If you can attach the memory to a certain teacher, you can attach it to that school year.)
I guess there might be a real problem there that you need to get checked out. "My whole life" is no excuse to ignore something, especialy if it effects your brain! And as for the milk and such, you didn't just stop imediatly and suddenly and go from there did you? Your body has to adapt to change gently, after all.
well ill try to ask my mother tomorrow, untill do you have any info about it (because google won't show it) most importantly is it dangerous and does it affect my brain too?
(i'm really very curious now)
Nop if i always think "if i start something i do it decently" so at first i refused to eat anything then later i started ating again (not much at all) and well its been pretty hard, omg is that wrong too? damnit it all costs alot of money i'm not rich... (btw its been a while so my body might have adjusted already) but i do have to admid that i whas sick, just SICK the first days. Oh well no changing possible now... (not that i would have an idea of what to do)
Don't know about all of it, but the breathing problems, chest pain, etc. could be pleurisy. It's a condition where basically the lining of the chest cavity dries out and the pain you feel is friction (a very simplified description!) I've gotten it on a couple of occasions when I have retreated into myself for so long I did not move around much (spent most of the time in bed or on the computer, never outside). Was Dx'd through the ER.

There are hundreds of things that can go wrong with the heart and body to cause those type of symptoms. Unfortunately the only way anyone can tell you if there is something wrong is by doing tests. No one on hear can tell you what is wrong just by you describing it, and I am pretty sure geniuskid made up "post-pedal visceral cerebrivestiarrest", (I am sure someone will correct me if im wrong). You definitely need to go to the doctor to make sure it isn't something serious.
Also not all heart problems are necessarily bad, I have a very, very minor heart problem called mitral valve prolapse, dosnt cause me any trouble and I can still push my heart to its max. Only thing I notice is every once in awhile my heart skips a beat and it feels like someone punched me in the cheast.

If it helps, you could write a "therapy letter" (to yourself, with no intention of actually giving it to the person). "Dear Mom," or "Dear Doctor..."
Write down your symptoms to the best of your ability.
Dates, changes, whatever you can think of that might be important.
Does it happen more often during or after certain situations?
Nutrition/sleep patterns?
Write it in your own language first, complete with weirdo phrases and cussing, whatever helps to get your mind on the subject. Then, when it's all clear in your own mind, figure out how to translate.
