I scratch my legs constantly. Theres a spot on both of my legs(same spot on each one) where there is no hair. It never has a chance to fully grow in... I keep scratching it off. Although, its not because it feels satisfying so much as that it itches like crazy all the time. I think it might be a skin condition. Although that'd be a weird skin condition that only targets my legs in a specific spot on both..

I think mine is psychological. I have itches all over my body, but only one spot itches at any given time. As soon as I relieve one spot, another itches.

Well least you scratch your arms...

Perhaps you have eczema?

I scratch the back of my head as a stress/anxiety reaction, I can't imagine why that would make me feel better but it really does.

Thankfully I only do it lightly (and I bite my nails hardcore) so I don't have a bald spot from it or anything.

my son scratches his legs to the point where he gets scabs. he then panics that he has scabs and pics them off. new scabs..more itching, you catch my drift. i explained to him what a scab was and he seemed to calm down. since then, he still scratches, but not to the extreme.

Whenever I take off my clothes (for showering or bed), I scratch myself all over, until I look as if I'd been flogged. I recently read that scratching triggers the release of euphorising brain chemicals, that's why it feels good.

I scratch when I'm nervous or anxious. Usually my leg, but could be anywhere though.
