I guess in Egypt 24 year olds are allowed to sleep with children. And 19 year olds too.

The age of consent in Egypt is 18.

I'm not at all astonished by the article. The lives of street children are virtually the same in every 3rd world country.

I guess she was looking for a father figure or something.

Then again, she could've been raped.

Seems to happen a lot to kids coming from dysfunctional homes though. I guess the father won't have to take any responsibility.
