This is always a fun discussion.

Here are mine:

Family Guy - Brian, cos he's intelligent and rational.

South Park - either Stan or Kyle, same reason.

Friends - Ross, also for the same reason.

Simpsons - Lisa, because she'd help reduce pollution and everything.

Roslin/Adama would be a great ticket - except that they're not native-born Americans. (The same problem, sadly, disqualifies Superman - but how about the original Hawkman? His body was born in the United States, but his consciousness was that of an alien being that had crashed on Earth during the height of Egyptian power - does he count as native, or alien?)

On the other hand, Kal-El could be Secretary of Defense - that doesn't have to be a native. And Batman could be appointed head of the National Security Agency... But who from DC would make a good President? (I actually think Lex Luthor wouldn't be too bad - except that everything he does is filtered through his obsession with Supes, and winds up being wrong. He's undeniably brilliant, however, and never seems to intend to hurt anyone except Kal-El.)

Last November, my boyfriend and I made up a Happy Tree Friends election which ended up becoming huge and spawning onto three different websites. It was Flaky vs. Petunia, if anyone knows the characters. Flaky ended up winning by one vote. 8)

He could... But come on, this is Q we're talking about.

I'd vote for God; cut out the middleman.

Integra Hellsing... She'd make a great leader, although I disagree with her views of the Catholic Church.
