I started out this year with four favorite teams in the NCAA tournament; thus far only Boston College has lost. UConn, Villanova and Michigan State have made it to the field of 8. They are all in different regions, so conceivably could all make it to the Final Four. Pretty good tournament, for me at least! :D

Well two of the Final Four are UCONN and Villanova. Lousiville and UNC fight for their spots for Detroit tomorrow. Louisville will win it since the Big East will have half or more of the Final Four teams.

Ironically I was calling either UNC or UCONN with Michigan State in the middle and Villanova as underdog. Ends up I called UNC to win it right. Well that's over and NCAA Baseball is being for a bit with Mason having the longest home game winning streak in the nation. Plus a Mason player leads the nation with 59 home runs. Ironically Mason was not ranked in the nation until this monday after sweeping UNCW at home in a three game series. Ranked 25th in Collegiate Baseball Division I Poll.

I had three teams in the final four, and not one of them could win it!

On the other hand, UConn women completed a 39-0 championship season last night. :D

I've never been able to get excited about college baseball, it's all about the Red Sox during baseball season.
