What are your most hated sensations

-Pilling/pilled fabric
-fabric with low thread count
-paper
-sound of eating and breathing
-high pitched voices
-being wet or sweaty with damp clothing
-people tapping on me

-Any types of high-pitched noises or noises in the low register
-Bright lights
-People eating, burping, and breathing
-Being touched involuntarily

Depending on the level of stress these sensations can be extremely heightened

- pencil, oil pastel, paint brush against paper or whatever u draw on
- fingers and nails against rough surfaces such as wallpaper, sandpaper, silk, suade, sponge
- screeching sound like scraping fork on a plate, nails down a chalkboard, brushing on squeaky teeth or eating slippery food
- sirens, alarms, bells, bagpipes, accordions, kazoo's

People whistling.
My hands/fingers being sticky.
Bugs flying near my face.

Loud, obnoxious burping and farting, done on purpose just to annoy people. These people are usually loud and obnoxious as a rule.

Body odor so bad you can smell them a mile away.

Weird smells you can't recognize

People poop and the poop of large dogs. (Cats have litterboxes, so it's usually covered).

The smell of pee on a hot day. I really wish they'd catch whoever is peeing around the library book drop area.

Stiff clothing
Wet clothing
Bad odors
Loud noises of any type
Things that are too tight, like clothes or shoes
Face makeup
Foods that are too crunchy

When my legs go to sleep from sitting in an awkward position. I HATE that sensation.
I dislike voices with extreme sibilance. Drives me up a wall.
Being in tight enclosed dark spaces where I get that constant sensation that I'm going to bang my head.
